BANANA PUDDING CAKE
1 box yellow or white cake mix
1 small box instant banana pudding
4 eggs
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup applesauce
3/4 cup mashed bananas; about 3
Glaze: 2 cups confectioner's sugar; 2 T. milk 1/2 t. vanilla.
Wisk confectioner's sugar, milk & vanilla in a bowl until smooth
and of
drizzling consistancy.
When cake is cooled, drizzle icing over entire cake...
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a bundt pan. Combine cake mix,
pudding mix, eggs, water, applesauce and bananas.
(best with electric mixer for 2 minutes). Pour into prepared pan. Bake
about 55 minutes or until cake tests done.
Cool cake on a wire rack for 15 minutes.
Remove cake and continue to cool
on rack.
